Centaury herb: composition of the drug
active ingredient: goldenrod herb.
Shredded raw materials: pieces of stems, leaves and flowers of various shapes of yellowish-green, pinkish-purple, yellowish-pink and yellow.
The powder is large: pieces of stems, leaves and flowers of various shapes of yellowish-green color with pinkish-purple and yellowish-pink specks.
Means to increase appetite. ATC code A15.
The biologically active substances of the drug stimulate the secretion of the glands of the gastrointestinal tract, increase bile secretion, increase intestinal motility, uterine muscle contractions, have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, hepatoprotective, mild laxative and anthelmintic effect.
Indications for use
Decreased appetite; hypoacid states; nausea; flatulence; chronic hepatitis; dyskinesia of the biliary tract, gallbladder by hypotonic and hypokinetic type; cholecystitis.
Hypersensitivity to the drug. Reflux esophagitis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Ability to influence the speed of reaction when driving a car or working with other mechanisms
Contraindicated for children under 18 years.
Method of application and dosage
Place 2 tablespoons of herbs in an enamel dish, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and infuse in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the residue to the filtered infusion. Make up to 200 ml with boiled water. Take warm 1 tablespoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before eating.
Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enamel dish, pour 200 ml of boiling water, close and infuse for 15 minutes. Take warm 1/4 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before eating.
Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator (at a temperature of 2-8 oC) for no more than 2 days.
The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor individually.
Diarrhea. Treatment is symptomatic.
