Method of administration and dosage
Introduce intravenously drip. Warm up the solution to + 36-38 ° C before use. The total amount of solution injected should correspond to the volume of fluid lost. Determine the balance of the injected and lost fluid every 6 hours! After elimination of hyperkalemia, further water-salt therapy should be carried out with Trisol, Acesol.
There are no data regarding restrictions on the use of the drug for children. The dosage regimen should be adjusted depending on laboratory parameters. The total daily dose depends on the water and electrolyte balance and laboratory parameters.
Hypokalemia, hypernatremia. Due to overhydration and hypervolemia, heart failure can develop.
