Fersinol-3 Recommendations for use
It is recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of iron, zinc and vitamins (C, PP, group B) in order to correct iron and zinc deficiency states, hypo- and avitaminosis C, PP, group B.
Fersinol-3 Mode of application
For adults, take 1-2 capsules per day or every other day, during or after meals, with plenty of drinking water. The course of application is determined by the doctor individually.
Pregnant women take 1 capsule 1 time per day. The course of application: starting from the 14th week of pregnancy, for 2 weeks with breaks of 1 week directly to childbirth.
During breastfeeding, take 1 capsule daily. Application course: 3-6 months.
During the menstrual period, take 1 capsule per day. The course of application: 2 days before the onset of menstruation, during the entire cycle and 2 days after its end. Duration of use (with days of menstruation inclusive): no more than 10 days.
In the case of intense physical exertion, as well as with hypo- and vitamin deficiencies, it is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day. Application course: 10 days.

Sensitivity to components; hemosiderosis, hemochromatosis; hepatic failure anemia not caused by iron deficiency (aplastic, hemolytic, sideroachrestic and lead anemia, megaloblastic anemia caused by an isolated deficiency of vitamin B12 or folic acid).
To avoid a decrease in iron absorption, it is not recommended to drink capsules with black tea, coffee, milk. Of no clinical significance is the dark color of the stool associated with the removal of the iron that remains. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
