Dosage and administration of St. John’s wort grass
About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of the herb is placed in an enamel bowl, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, closed with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take orally in the form of heat 1/2 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
For rinsing, use 1/2 cup of warm infusion 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 5-10 days.
Shake the infusion before use.
