Do not appoint for individual intolerance to trometamol dexketoprofen and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, erosive and ulcerative diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, bronchial asthma, severe liver dysfunction, coagulopathy, severe renal dysfunction, taking anticoagulants and severe forms of therapy in children.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
Mialdex treatment is incompatible with pregnancy and breastfeeding.
If it is impossible to do without the use of the drug in the therapy of a nursing woman, then she is informed about the need to refuse lactation while taking Mialdex.
Method of administration and dosage
The drug is intended for oral administration. Before using the medicine, you must consult a specialist.
If a single dose is required, the dose of the drug is from 12.5 to 25 mg. Mialdex can be used every 8 hours. The frequency of taking the drug depends on the severity of the pain syndrome. It is not recommended to use more than 3 tablets of the drug per day.
Mialdex is not intended for long-term therapy, it is only taken as needed. It is recommended to start therapy in elderly patients with minimal doses; such patients should not take more than 2 tablets per day.
When using the drug in the treatment of patients with impaired renal or liver function, it is necessary to adjust the dose downward. In the event that taking the drug in minimal doses is well tolerated by patients, it is recommended to increase the dosage to the standard one.
In the event that taking the drug is accompanied by the occurrence of undesirable symptoms, it is stopped.
When taking the drug in high doses, patients may experience weakness, headaches and pain in the epigastric region.
To stabilize the patient’s condition, gastric lavage is performed, increased diuresis and sorbent preparations are prescribed.

Storage conditions and periods
Mialdex should be stored in dark places at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees. The shelf life of the tablets from the date of manufacture is 3 years.
