The main active ingredient is salbutamol. It is an adrenergic agonist, or beta-adrenostimulant, which has a bronchodilatory and tocolytic effect. The drug is able to suppress the reactive reactions of the bronchi, improves the discharge of sputum from the lower respiratory tract, does not allow bronchial spasms to occur, and prevents resistance in the respiratory tract. The production of mucus increases, the ciliated epithelium in the bronchi is activated, inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators.
If used at the recommended dosages, no tachycardia or arterial pressure fluctuations occur. Expands the bronchi, blood vessels and muscles of the uterus, without affecting the work of the heart muscle. Differs in speed – the effect is noticeable 5 minutes after application.
