Dynamic disorders of cerebral circulation; dizziness and tinnitus of vascular and involutional origin; endogenous depression, asthenic and anxiety-neurotic states; for the prevention of relapses and complications in conditions after cerebrovascular accident (strokes, traumatic brain injury, and so on); in ophthalmology: as part of the complex therapy of vascular diseases of the retina and macular macula, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy, open-angle glaucoma; to improve mental performance, concentration, memory; for active prevention of motion sickness symptom complex (seasickness).
gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) 250 mg, ginkgo biloba leaf extract 40 mg.

Capsules of 400 mg, blister, No. 30, in a carton box.
Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an amino acid found in the central nervous system (CNS) that affects specific GABA receptors in nerve cells (neurons).
Gamma-aminobutyric acid is the main mediator involved in the processes of inhibition in the central nervous system. Under its influence, energy processes in the brain are improved, as well as utilization of glucose by the latter, oxygen consumption by tissues increases, and blood circulation is normalized.
Gamma-aminobutyric acid has a mild nootropic effect and improves the dynamics of nervous processes in the brain: it increases concentration, improves thinking, memory, accelerates the recovery of movements and speech after cerebrovascular accidents and exhibits a mild psychostimulating effect.
Ginkgo biloba leaf extract has a complex chemical composition, which includes more than 40 active components and has a multifaceted effect on the body. Flavonoids and terpenes contained in the extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves normalize the tone of blood vessels and reduce platelet aggregation, normalize microcirculation and rheological characteristics of blood, improving cerebral and coronary circulation; reduce the permeability of the vascular wall, have an anti-edema effect at the level of both the brain and peripheral tissues.
The active components of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract have powerful antioxidant properties – they inactivate toxic free radicals and inhibit lipid peroxidation (LPO) of cell membranes, as a result of which the process of transformation of cholesterol into plaques is slowed down, which subsequently causes narrowing of the vascular lumen.
Ginkgo biloba leaf extract normalizes the release of some neurotransmitters and their ability to bind to receptors, prevents age-related decrease in the number of M-cholinergic receptors and α2-adrenergic receptors, which significantly improves the conduction of nerve impulses.
The complex effect of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract explains its high therapeutic efficacy in a wide range of pathological conditions of the central nervous system and vascular disorders.

For persons with erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) and liver failure, long-term use is possible only under medical supervision.
Allergic reactions to individual components of the drug.
In some cases, in the first days of use, dyspeptic symptoms, fluctuations in blood pressure, a feeling of heat, and sleep disturbances are possible. When the dose is reduced, these phenomena usually disappear quickly.
When using the drug in unjustifiably high doses, dyspeptic symptoms (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) are possible. Shows symptomatic treatment, gastric lavage, intake of enterosorbents.
