Pharmacological properties
This drug Nuclex belongs to the group of cardiological drugs – cytokines, used systemically, as well as antiviral agent.
The main active component of the drug, ribonucleic acid, is an immunomodulator capable of stimulating leukopoiesis inside the bone marrow. In this case, the process of restoring the differentiation of the qualitative and quantitative composition of bone marrow cells occurs. Similar processes take place in the peripheral blood.
Promotes the normalization of cellular immunity, due to various metabolic processes that help suppress increased platelet aggregation.
The immunomodulatory mechanism of ribonucleic acid is possible due to its ability to stimulate metabolic processes in cells, to enhance the biosynthesis of endogenous nucleic acid.
Also, specific proteins and enzymes are stimulated, mitotic cellular activity in bone marrow cells is enhanced, and regeneration processes are accelerated. An improvement in the supply of cells with energy is also observed, the production of interverons is activated, and antiviral defense is stimulated.
