The drug is able to penetrate into breast milk, so when prescribed to women during lactation, the question of its termination is resolved.
Method of application and dose
Triderm cream should be applied to the affected areas of the body. After squeezing the cream, it is rubbed into the skin area with light massage movements until completely absorbed. The drug is recommended to be applied twice a day. In the treatment of dermatomycoses of the feet, the duration of treatment can reach two, and in some cases even four weeks.
The duration of treatment depends on the severity and location of the infection. If in the process of using Triderm there is no positive dynamics during the disease, it is considered a good reason to clarify the diagnosis.
When using the cream, it is necessary to avoid getting it on the mucous membrane of the eye.
With long-term use of Triderm in high doses, adrenal dysfunction is possible, accompanied by the development of secondary adrenal insufficiency, which is characterized by the appearance of symptoms of hypercorticism.
With topical application, clotrimazole overdose is not possible.
A single overdose of gentamicin does not lead to the development of any significant symptoms, in case of chronic intoxication with the drug, the growth of resistant flora is possible.
To eliminate the symptoms of hypercorticism, the patient is corrected electrolyte balance and prescribed symptomatic treatment.
