Adults are prescribed for the treatment of hypertension. Triplexam is a combined antihypertensive drug, which includes 3 components. Perindopril arginine, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, inhibits the effect of an angiotensin converting enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of angiotensin-I to the angiotensin-II peptide, which has vasoconstrictor activity. It helps restore the elasticity of large arterial vessels, reduces left ventricular hypertrophy, and reduces pressure in the pulmonary capillaries. Reduces myocardial hypertrophy, normalizes myosin isoenzyme profile; normalizes the work of the heart. Indopamide is a diuretic that has an antihypertensive effect. It acts at the level of blood vessels and kidneys, reduces peripheral vascular resistance and tone of smooth arterial muscles. Minimizes left ventricular hypertrophy. Amlodipine is an L-type calcium channel blocker. It blocks the flow of calcium ions through the membrane into the smooth muscle cells of the myocardium and blood vessels. The mechanism of the hypotensive effect is due to a decrease in the tone of the vascular wall.
