Composition and form of release
Zalox is produced in the form of hard gelatin capsules, inside which is a white or almost white powder.
Capsules of 50 mg, have the case of white color with the emphasized inscription “Sertraline” under it “50 mg”, a cap of yellow color with the inscription “P”. The inscriptions are in black ink.
The main component of the drug Zalox is sertraline 50 mg, auxiliary components: sodium lauryl sulfate, lactose, magnesium stearate, corn starch, yellow and red dye, gelatin, titanium dioxide. The carton contains 250 capsules in a vial.

Pharmacological properties
Zalox is an antidepressant that is widely used in psychiatry and has the ability to suppress the expression of norepinephrine and serotonin receptors in the brain.
Indications for use

Method of application and dose

The use of the drug Zalox for the treatment of depressive states in adults and children over 13 years, starting with a dose of 50 mg per day. Children aged 6-12 years: the initial dose is 25 mg once a day. After 7 days, the daily dose can be increased to 50 mg.
